En la nueva syllabus de IB\, estos temas son más importantes que nunca\, pues ahora también están incluidos en Paper 1 además de en Paper 2. \nDurante esta clase trabajaremos los siguientes temas: \nProtectionism \n\nTariffs\, quotas and subsidies\, including relevant diagrams.\nAdministrative barriers.\nImpacts of protectionism on all stakeholders.\nReasons for protectionism.\nProtectionism vs free trade.\n\nTrading blocs \n\nEconomic integration.\nTypes of trading blocs.\nDiagram analysis of trading blocs.\nAdvantages and disadvantages of trading blocs.\n\nExchange rates \n\nTypes of exchange rates.\nExchange rate determination\, including relevant diagrams.\nImpacts of exchange rate fluctuations.\n\nPara ello\, emplearemos preguntas oficiales de examen (Paper 1 & Paper 2)\, a través de las cuales practicaremos todos los tipos de habilidades\, haciendo hincapié en las más difíciles: usar el vocabulario económico adecuadamente —tanto en los ensayos de Paper 1 como en las preguntas breves de Paper 2—\, incorporar diagramas\, hacer referencia a ‘real word examples’ y desarrollar argumentos económicos con los que obtener la máxima puntuación. \nY si tienes dudas\, ¡tráetelas!
